What brought our attention to Professionals at Ermington were the recent sales of properties similar to ours that were selling above the asking price. Once we met with Chandelle Lord we were impressed by her knowledge of the area, experience in real estate and comfortable approach to the selling and buying process.

When we decided to sell our house it was the most significant financial decision we had made in our lives. We wanted to ensure that the marketing of the property would have the best possible chance of attracting the maximum number of buyers and getting a very good sale price. We did our research and met with several different agents.
There were significant differences in what the various agents believed was a realistic price for our home, as much as 10-12% in one case. We also felt that some agents were a lot more focused on looking after their list of buyers, rather than getting the best price for our property.

I contacted Chandelle Lord a little while ago to help my Nanna sell her house at 53 Evans Road, Dundas. My Nanna has been there for 53 years and very much reluctant to move every time we suggested. However the house is very dangerous for her because she cannot get around with the steps and big yard on her walking frame.
I contacted Chandelle to notify her that we required an evaluation on the house and told her of my Nanna's reluctance to move. From this point forward we were amazed by her service.
Chandelle conducted an appraisal and sat down with our family to discuss. We were blown away with her relaxed/professional and uncomplicated way of explaining the pros and cons of moving and what it would take it we were to sell. At no point did we feel pressured by her. Chandelle immediately picked up on the situation which was to talk to the family at large and then communicate the same thing to my Nanna at a personal level.
My Nanna was in hospital and Chandelle met with her to explain the evaluation and go through the idea of a move with her. My Nanna instantly felt at ease with Chandelle and said yes straight away. (after all these years of us begging her).
