In 2004 we purchased our house in Rydalmere and Scott Walsh was the agent. We found him to be very professional and liked his style in that he was very easy to communicate with which was very important to us as we were first home buyers at that point in time.

I have always found you to be a very friendly person, and quick to offer help, even to the extent of helping to move furniture, which is, I am sure, outside the scope of your expected duties, (very loosely related to selling a house).
